The image below shows a compilation of names which are very dear to me as a designer. These individuals have had a tremendous influence on a vast number of people cutting across many disciplines. As a landscape architect we've been trained to draw creativity and inspiration from various artists and their works e.g. Frederick law Olmstead often attributed to be the father of landscape architecture, Andre le Notre, Lancelot Brown, James Corner, Michael van Valkenburg, Martha Schwartz, Peter Latz. Also, Architects such as Zaha Hadid, David Adjaye, Le Corbusier,  Ludwig Mie's van der Roe, just to mention a few.
