The City-Deck in Green Bay designed by Stoss Landscape Urbanism is a transformative urban waterfront project that has revitalised the city's riverfront, while the project has successfully created a dynamic public space that attracts residents and visitors, there are areas for improvement. 

One critique of the City-deck is the need for enhanced programming and activation strategies to ensure continued vibrancy and engagement. To further enliven the space, additional events, cultural programming and recreational activities could be introduced to appeal to a broader audience and encourage frequent visitation. 

Furthermore, the integration of sustainable design features, such as green infrastructure elements or renewable energy systems, could enhance the projects environmental performance and resilience. 

Overall, by addressing these aspects and focusing on ongoing community engagement, the City-deck  has the potential to further solidify its status as a vibrant urban destination that fosters social interaction and celebrates the city's waterfront heritage.

COLOUR , plays an important role in the appreciation of our immediate and general environment and without it we would be lost, find our-selves devoid of the stimulation to our visual senses. So how does a human eye perceive colour?  First, a brief overview of how the human eyes work.   In order for us to see, light rays must be bent, or "refracted," so that they can reach the retina . Once the light reaches the retina, it's picked up by millions of "photoreceptors," or light-sensitive cells, called cones and rods. These cones and rods convert the light waves into information your brain can process, like colour , shape, and motion.(Levine,2017, Para.2).
